Home Equity Loans
Rates are quoted based on a fixed interest rate, home equity loan of $50,000, payable over 15 years with an 80% loan to value ratio. Rates apply to an owner-occupied single family home. "Max LTV" refers to the maximum loan to value ratio, which limits how much a financial institution will lend you. This is determined by comparing the value of your home with the total of all mortgage loans on the property (including the proposed home equity loan). For example, if the value of your home is $400,000 and your current mortgage is $300,000, you have a 75% loan to value ratio. If the maximum loan to value ratio allowed is 90%, you can borrow another 15% of the value of your home, or $60,000. All rates and other terms posted are believed to be accurate but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. Fees and other restrictions may apply.
